With over a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem, Mary has worked across multiple dimensions of innovation and entrepreneurship. From launching her own ventures to supporting early-stage founders and scaling startup communities. Mary has managed Tank Stream Labs, one of Sydney’s leading tech-focused coworking spaces, and led the New Wave Program at UNSW Founders, a flagship initiative driving gender equity in entrepreneurship.

In parallel, Mary brings six years of academic teaching experience, with a strong focus on business communication and innovation. For the past four years, she served as the Associate Course Coordinator for COMM1120 at UNSW Business School, where she has helped shape curriculum, mentor tutors, and guide thousands of students through the fundamentals of business decision-making and communication.
